What you can raise here
- Anything about how your personal data is collected, used, stored or shared.
- A request to see, correct, export or delete your data.
- A complaint that the service has not worked as described.
- A concern about how a member of our staff accessed your account.
- A billing dispute.
- A claim that content in the service infringes your rights.
What happens, and by when
- Within 24 hours — we acknowledge your complaint and give it a reference number.
- Within 15 days — we investigate and respond with what we found and what we are doing about it.
- Within 30 days at the outside — the statutory limit under the SPDI Rules, which we will not exceed.
To help us answer quickly
Where you can, include your registered email, your business name, what happened and when, and anything you have already tried.
If you are not satisfied
Tell us — say so in reply and it will be escalated. You also retain every right you have independently of us: to approach a consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, and, once the relevant provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 commence on 13 May 2027, to complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Coming here first does not take away either right.
